STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

How do you remove PDF pages?

Select unwanted pages and inspect thumbnails so you do not confuse pages to remove with pages to keep.

  1. Open a copy

Identify unwanted pages by their positions in the document.

  2. Select pages to remove

In a capable editor, select individual pages or a page range.

  3. Verify the selection

Check the selected pages and ensure at least one page remains.

  4. Save a new copy

Open the result and check removed sections and page order.

This guide explains the general workflow in an application that supports the operation. This version offers file selection and type/size checks; it does not generate processed output.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about the workflow, file quality, and situations you may encounter.

Can I delete several pages at once?

Capable editors accept individual pages or ranges. Confirm that the selection identifies pages to delete before applying it.

Can I remove every page?

Editors such as Acrobat require at least one page to remain. Creating a blank document is a separate task.

Are printed numbers the same as page positions?

Not always. Covers and custom labels can differ from page positions; verify both the thumbnail and its position.

Can I restore a removed page later?

Do not assume it can be recovered from the saved result. Keep the original separately in case you need to correct a selection.

Why can’t a page be deleted?

A file being used by another operation can cause problems. Work on a copy and check other operations using it.

Can I complete the operation and download a file on this page?

This version supports file selection and checks of file type, size, and count. Processing is not connected, so it does not convert, edit, or generate downloads. The guide describes a workflow in an application that supports the operation.

Which file types and sizes can I select?

This tool accepts PDF file extensions. You can select up to 20 files, with a 25 MB per-file limit and 100 MB total. Checking an extension does not verify that the file contents are valid or undamaged.

Are my selected files sent to a server?

In this version, file contents are not read or uploaded. Selections stay in the tab’s memory and are cleared on refresh. File names, extensions, and sizes are used only to display and check your selection.
